RETURNS AND WARRANTIES
All returns must have a valid receipt within 15 days of purchase, with a 20% restock fee. All returns need to be returned, with all original, undamaged packaging. All electronics and ammo products are non-refundable. If an item you received from River Rats Trapping Supplies is damaged or defective, any warranty or replacement of a product will need to be processed directly through the manufacturer.
BACKORDERS
In the event of a back-ordered product, we will send the rest of the products you ordered and will notify you by email or phone about the back-ordered product. You will have the option of keeping the product on backorder or getting a refund for the back-ordered product.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
If River Rats Trapping Supplies is found liable for any loss or damage relating to the use of this website, the total liability for River Rats Trapping Supplies for all claims shall be limited to a refund on the product ordered.
